Open Legal Services is Utahs first nonprofit law firm for clients who earn too much to qualify for free/pro-bono legal services, but also earn too little to afford a traditional private attorney. We bridge the justice gap by providing affordable legal services to low and moderate income people. Such discounted services for clients with modest means are often called "low bono" legal services.

I sincerely hope that you will be able to answer my questions regarding Utah/Arizona compact in regards to driver's licenses. I have been an Utah resident for twenty years and now Arizona is trying to invalidate my driving privileges by bringing up something that should have been taken care of in 1994. I have not been back to the state of Arizona since 2000. I don't see how they could possibly do this legally. I need help, hopefully you'll have some answers for me. Thank you!

I am trying to find services to help with my mothers trust. My sister talked my mom into changing the trust to make her the only executor. She has already started doing things that seem to not be legal and not in the trusts best interest.

Important Information

Legal Aid Funding
Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
