Alaska Legal Services Corporation provides free legal services to eligible clients determined by income eligibility and case eligibility. Alaskans over the age of 60 are usually provided assistance without regard to income, although a priority is placed on providing assistance to seniors in social or economic need.

Generally, you will be eligible if your income does not exceed 125% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines. I’m attempting to locate help for a friend who’s on parole but recently got arrested. They are holding him not in lieu of why they contacted him but on the basis of somebody else’s illegal decisions. I would love to speak to someone regarding the fact he has only gone to arraignment and been there since June 6, 2020. They now extended his preindictment to Jan. 21 please help thanks
