Alaska Legal Services Corporation provides free legal services to eligible clients determined by income eligibility and case eligibility. Alaskans over the age of 60 are usually provided assistance without regard to income, although a priority is placed on providing assistance to seniors in social or economic need.

There are a number of factors that are considered when we make a decision about income eligibility. Generally, you will be eligible if your income does not exceed 125% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines. Depending on your situation, you might be eligible to receive services even if your income is higher than the guidelines.
