I would really like some family law help. Im dealing with custody issue with a father that has been absent 90% of the kids lives. He decided to pretend to be super dad and when I asked the clerk at the court house how they would notify me of the hearing she told me to pay attention to my mail box at the address i provided. Well they emailed me the court date and i never received anything in the mail. They granted him full custody and took my kids:( i need help badly!? The father is representing him self.

Important Information

Legal Aid Funding
Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
