My upstairs neighbors are constantly making noise to the point where I can't sleep at night, I'm anxious all the time and I'm suffering from headaches. My dog is being hurt as well. She shakes and is nervous and scared. It sounds like they are throwing heavy objects on the floor. I called the police several times but they can't help me. They advised me to talk to my landlord but since I am suing them because of maintenance issues and I am currently paying the court the rent, It is not possible to get any assistance from them either. Besides moving, what are my options. I would like to sue them for personal injury. Can you help?

I'm disabled n now my landlord informed me that I must find another place, after being a model tenant for 17 MONTHS. I don't have any security deposit bc she has the 1000.00 dollars I put down as security deposit.

Important Information

Legal Aid Funding
Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
