Disability Rights of West Virginia (DRWV) is the federally mandated protection and advocacy system for people with disabilities in West Virginia. DRWV is a private, nonprofit agency. Our services are confidential and free of charge. DRWV works to ensure that West Virginians with disabilities have access to the same opportunities afforded all members of society, and can live full, productive lives, totally integrated into their communities with as much self-direction and independence as possible. DRWV collaborates to promote systemic change to increase access to services, promote equality, and protect legal rights. DRWV services are confidential and free of charge.

I WORKED FOR SHELL OIL AND GAS FROM 1994 TO 1996 THREE AND AHALF YEARS I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THEM STATING THEY WOULD MATCH WHATEVER THEY TOOK OUT OF MY CHECK EVERY TWO WEEKS AFTER THREE YEARS WELL WHEN I QUIT WORKING THERE AFTER THREE AND HALF YEARS I CALLED AND TALKED TO HUMAN RESOURCES SHE TOLD ME THEY WHERE GOING TO CUT ME A CHECK FOR 18,OOO DOLLERS BUT AT THE TIME I DIDNT NEED THE MONEY SO I ASKED HER WHAT COULD I DO SHE TOLD ME SHE COULD PUT IT IN AN IRA AGENCY AND I WOULD RECIEVE LETTERS STATING WHO MY BROKER WAS AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION INEVER RECIEVED THE MAIL I TRYED THE OFFICE IN HOUSTEN ,TEXAS AND I EMAILED THE MAIN BRANCH IN THE NEVERLANDS NO RESPONCE CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME.
