My Uncle died. The Executor informed me that the Will has to be probated. I then informed the Executor, that the decease brother and family members are requesting a copy of the Will. The Executor, informed me that she can't give a copy of the Will to the deceased brother, or family member. What legal action can be taken to have a copy of my Uncle's Will?
