I have an inmate request for Pro Bono attorneys in St. Lucie County. Our data doesn't pull up that way and I don't want to send him ALL of the attorneys in the the 19th Circuit. Can I email someone his request? Thanks for your help.

I have been renting from a private landlord for 3 years now in Port St. Luce for $1400.00 a month 3 bedroom house, it needs extensive repairs. On the 26 of April I receive a regular envelope with a typed letter stating that the rent was going to increase by $400.00 per month, Not that it matters but I am and my roommate are both on full disability and cannot afford this type of increase. We have never been late on the rent, and have repaired any we damaged over the years. And have added fixtures to increase the value of the home inside. He said in the letter per market value I have to do this, He also gave me 30 days for a decision to stay or move on. However the lease is not in my name but in my sisters name, whom didn't receive any type of notice. And he refuses to answer phone calls, texts, or emails. Actually he should of sent the letter to her. At this point I don't know what my options are. Is there any advice you can give me.

Hi..I'm not sure how to help a disabled friend there in Ft. Pierce. I know he needs serious help to simply have electricity on in his apartment. I do not understand at all how the Fort Pierce utilities is handling this awful situation that includes a 400$ invoice when he never had a chance to put the electric in his name due to an unsigned lease(landlord failed to sign) but now the company is also claiming my friend tampered with the electric(stole electric) he needs an advocate.. this is just a shame. He's disabled. He was homeless. This is first apartment in Florida, and he's been there like 15 years homeless..I feel do disgusted regardless of this and that the treatment is in humane..no electricity, no water, unreal..

I am a 55 year old disabled and uneducated woman attempting to get a divorce. I do not have money or access to money to hire a lawyer. Need someone to refer me to an attorney who will give me a free consultation and at least hear the facts of my case.
