Ive been a good tenant for 8 years never an issue never late on payment. My land lord wants to sell to cash buyers "that want tenants". He doesn't have the house listed but does have someone looking for buyers. But the buyers are telling me they are looking to rent. How many showings are to many? Do i have to comply? The lady claiming to be a real estate agent has been rude and doesn't want there to be Tenants in the house during showings. But after she called the landlord saying i can not be here i don't want her here. She is not looking for a buyer especially one looking for tenants. Shes upset at me for point out all the bullet holes mind you tho she asked what the neighborhood was like. The landlord has also removed 2 items on the lease without notice or me agreeing to it. Pest care and lawn care. I cant pay rent and save up to move and retain a lawyer.

Important Information

Legal Aid Funding
Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
