Please direct my 91 year olds mother to get legal help to get her house back from a son. They made a transaction for $1500. She signed the house over to him and wants it back to make repairs. The son will not do repairs and plans to turn the house into a rental property as soon as he gets her out of the house. Thank you

I bought property and we both signed purchase agreement. This man was in jail so I bonded him out gave him a car and money for this property but now he doesn’t want to sign the deed. I’ve been asking him and his sister nicely. Then they said they would but now they said they have to talk it over with their family. I held up my end but he has not. I need help. I cant get electricity until I have the deed. I’m living on generator which is getting expensive.

Important Information

Legal Aid Funding
Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
