Hi, it may be too little too late but I would like to try my luck at appealing an eviction given to me today. I asked for an continuance but was denied. Due to the special circumstances and complete and total lack of communication between myself and the other parties if I have no Claus, I just need a little closer for to be able to better understand why it is I am losing my home of 32 years. I found out a week ago that my 13 year old son has lymphoma. Now I have to be out by Monday at 4 pm. He's at st jude in Tennessee and I have to be here. Please help me if at all possible.

My wife took my truck and moved out of the home we purchased together in 2016. She left me with all the bills and my means of transportation. She will not answer my text or calls. I didn't know where she was until I started receiving bills from the Houston toll authority where she been by passing the toll booths and since the truck is registered to me I have been receiving the bill. I want to know my rights and what I can do legally. Is there a such thing as marital abandonment?
