My cousin is inquiring about a divorce or annulment. She and her spouse were married in 2011 in Hamilton County Jail and is 2013 he married another lady in Walker County and then in 2015 he married another lady in Silverdale and he's had no divorces. My question is can my cousin have an annulment or would she have to have a divorce. She's the original wife, also the husband is in Prison in Memphis so how would he be served with either or?

Important Information

Legal Aid Funding
Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
