I am need of your help. Have letters from landlord about him being able to kick us out. He is a registered child molester, he has only three spaces one we have rented for year and half. He knows all the issues we have dealing with the major heroin and crank dealer behind us. All if this area have know each other for a long time and we have been a huge target. I am not doing well and have extreme spleepnessless nights with all the comings and goings. I don't see landlord issues on your list. I came once before to your office for foreclosure and received no assistance due to not helping with that currently.... I just need help I can't believe we can only use legal help for certain things.

A property manager has been violating my civil rights more than 10 times. I've contacted DFEH BBB and HUD documenting abuse. I'd appreciate your direction how to prepare and file an injunction since agent for manager asked my to move out.

Important Information

Legal Aid Funding
Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
