My divorce is final. I need to settle the property division after the house sold. I live in Forney,Tx with my son and his family. I’ve been told I have to go back to Bowie County to finish this. I’ve tried every attorney I found and they all say the same thing. Legal aid. I am borderline autistic, and disabled from back injury , just so you know. I will stand before the judge myself if someone will just tell me how to file what papers, where. I had to for divorce because my attorney was diagnosed with cancer. I had nothing else to hire another attorney with.

Important Information

Legal Aid Funding
Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
