Mental Health Ombudsman Program of Colorado

190 E. 9th Avenue
Denver, CO - 80203
Phone Number: (888) 876-8864

This is an advocacy resource for Medicaid eligible consumers of mental health services. Services include representation and advocacy to help consumers navigate the behavioral health care system, negotiate service plans, provide educational and technical assistance, and assist consumers in accessing and using the complaint and appeals process.

The Ombudsman for Medicaid Managed Care can help you with a grievance, appeal or other issue related to your mental health care. The Ombudsman is independent from all of the health care plans.  If you have a problem or concern the Ombudsman will work with both you and your provider to find a solution that works for everyone.

Mission Statement: Our mission is to support you in becoming the person you are meant to me. We will guide you to release blocks, heal past wounds, and develop new skills. By doing this, we aim to build peace and harmony in your relationships as well expand that out to enrich our community.
