I have several issues I need assistance with that include, housing issues I may have experienced with respect to management trying to charge me a double deposit (which was not stipulated when I paid an application fee) they claim it was since we have no rental history, other one claiming my self and my dad make to much money to rent, to others that may be using the fact that we may have poor credit, due to the fact I had to put our debts into resolution to appease the Va home loan process. on top of that, I received a notice for one account in the resolution that is dads and I believe he shouldn't be liable for the whole amount since previously to me taking over his affairs in September of 2019 his wife and youngest son were managers of his annuity. All these are areas I will need legal advice in Can you assist in guiding me through these areas I am a full-time college student at Colorado Technical Institute right now and am tasked to manage his affairs with a POA. Note most of the provisions are being used for lodging at the local motel we have been staying at for the last three months.

I need to become executor of the estate of my dad's estate. I have no job I'm living in his house and I'm not from Montana I'm from Kansas. me and my sister have quit claim deed to my dad's trailer court and also found out from step granddaughters that the land they thought was theirs across the way 1.2 acres is not theirs it's me and my sisters and now they want me to give them that property and I don't think I want to. I want to sell it myself because I honestly need the money, I've been paying out-of-pocket for everything and now I'm broke.

My name is on the deed to a house as well as my wife's name, there's no mortgage, I paid cash outright for the home before wrongful death suit settlement from my son which is a no relation to my spouse that lives there now. My question is I need help with divorce and property, she has continued to live in the house for the last 5 years while I have been homeless and I would like to rectify this

Legal Aid Funding
Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
