Legal Services of North Dakota (LSND) provides free legal assistance in civil cases to low-income or elderly people. It is the mission of LSND to protect and enhance the civil legal rights of, and promote systemic change, for North Dakotans living in poverty.

Looking for legal help to obtain custody of my daughter who currently lives with me. Dad wants her back by July or else. Daughter doesn't want to go back to her dad's residence in MO and wishes to remain in ND with me.
