I signed up with a landlord on Seavy Loop in Eugene to rent a room for $650 a month with the understanding I could work off the rent for future months. I worked and painted for him thru Christmas and had to leave to finish some work in California. I let him know and he was ok with it. Upon returning I found he had destroyed personal property belonging to me and the land lord threw all my clothes and tools into a mobile home on the property and told me he wanted me to move out by the end of the month..Because of Covid-19 I understood landlords covid not do this.
