Hi I am looking for legal advice on a company that charged me damages to his failing equipment. I have lots of pictures of the equipment during my rental period and also my statement of my dealings with this company. I have filed a complaint with the BBB Which the owner did not respond to after several attempts by the BBB. I also filed a complaint with the DOJ in Oregon and have not heard the outcome yet. I have a witness to the way they mistreat customers and overcharged them. I spoke to an ex-employee and he stated that if I needed his help to let him know. This company gave me a dozer will bad fuel in it, I was charged a service call to fix. Also I was charged for another service call and the cost of 2 service calls at the cost of $1055. I never received a receipt for this. These are fraudulent charges and I want to get my money back from this company. After renting here and the issue I had right away with the dozer I did some checking and his BBB rating is an F. Also the reviews are mostly the same verbal abuse, overcharging and keeping security deposits for issues with their failing equipment.
