Senior Legal Services are available to assist eligible seniors who need legal help with preference given to low-income seniors. Legal assistance is provided on such issues as estate planning, wills and trusts, powers of attorney, guardianship/conservatorship, advanced directives, liens, consumer issues, landlord/tenant disputes, Medicaid/Medicare issues and other legal issues.

In some instances where the eligible senior cannot physically come into the Colorado Legal Services office, arrangements can be made to meet the client in their home (including long-term care term facilities). Eligibility: Seniors 60 years of age of older.

Mother left 3 of us brothers and sister the house. Sister has tried 3 ti.es to get a loan to pay us off. Until she realized she can't sell the house to herself especially since her real estate license is in jeopardy a d delinquent 2 years

Where or how do I start guardianship for my adult son. He is Incapacitated, due to severe head trauma since 2004. I’ve had custody of him in Oklahoma we recently moved to Pueblo. And I just don’t know how to do the process here. I need to at least get started. Please help I am 61.
