Hopeful Horizons believes in the importance of advocating for victims and educating the public on the connection between child abuse, domestic violence and sexual assault.Hopeful Horizons Legal Department represents survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in Family Court for matters related to custody, divorce, and visitation as well as filing for Orders of Protection and Restraining Orders. Survivors are also provided court accompaniment in civil and criminal court hearings.
