I have contacted your office before about a legal matter and I suppose because it was criminal you were not able to help. At the same time I was trying to file for custody and divorce. I am running out of time to file for custody to keep jurisdiction in South Dakota and not Washington state or Minnesota. Are you able to help with this?

Important Information

Legal Aid Funding
Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
