Hello I have a couple things. I am unemployed and have been unable to get a job because of theft charge that is several years old. I can not afford an attorney because I do not have a job. (double edge sword) 1. Is there someway to expunge this from my record? 2. I got a DUI in December (first offence) now my license is suspended for a few more months. They also want me to put the machine in my car. I cant afford any of this and I am not driving the car. Thank you in advance

Important Information

Legal Aid Funding
Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
