I am fighting to see my daughter even if I don't receive custody. I need to see my Autumn that I raised from the day she was born.

I need help with custody issues with my ex husband; we currently have joint custody (I have them 4 days, 3 nights; he has them2 days, 2 nights). He is threatening me with calling CPS because I refuse to give him a key to get into my apartment to take our autistic child to his therapy in the morning.
