Housing, public benefits, health, education, consumer, guardianship clinics, small claims, small estates, elder abuse restraining orders, unemployment insurance, Social Security, Veteran's benefits, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and simple statutory wills.  This office also operates SeniorLink - Yolo County, an information and assistance line for older adults and persons caring for older adults.

I’m not sure where I received help from But right now I’m being evicted by my sister and we’ll i have nowhere to go and no money to move anywhere

I am being evicted by my sister from our deceased parents home. She tried to evict me and that failed because I was a co trustee on my parents will/ trust. Then took me to court to have me removed as a co trustee so that I do not have a say on when house will be sold. I represented myself and she won and now she is evicting me again .
