I need help with a civil matter, I moved in a apartment 16 years ago I did a check in sheet stating what condition it was in stating that the carpet was stained the floors were dirty, walls were dirty. Well in the 16 years I lived there they did no painting, never changed carpet well they are trying to charge me over $2000 for cleaning and replacing carpet .they said I paid $500 deposit they lied I have proof it was $800 I have all the paperwork I guess they thought I wouldn't have it after all those years.they are charging me interest on it I did not get evicted they just wouldn't renew lease. It all started with new neighbor who's dog was whining all day so I asked him if it was in kennel ? He said yes that the dog try s to get out chewing doors and hurts himself I said oh I guess I would leave in kennel too well he went in office complained so she put notice on my door saying she wasn't gonna renew lease so I went in office said call him in here I want to confront him she said he's probley at work so she wouldn't, I said I have to listen to dog crying all day and I get a notice something wrong with this picture and I told her I didn't like her and now there trying to get me for cleaning charges when I have proof it wasn't clean when I moved in. Help me

I'm looking for what type of rights I have as a father. The mother of my daughter got a plane ticket to Hawaii two days ago and got a one-way ticket and moved to Hawaii unannounced and so I'm just trying to find out my rights.

Important Information

Legal Aid Funding
Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
