FreeState Legal Project provides legal services to low-income lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Maryland residents. We provide assistance with the following types of cases: name changes and gender marker changes on birth certificates or State-issued identification.
You can apply online or call our phone intake at (410) 625-5428 on Tuesdays between 1:00pm and 4:30pm.
