I have a roommate that I am evicting. I was not at home and he got drunk and kicked in my bedroom door which had a dead bolt and tore up the doorway and trashed my room plus destroyed my 800 dollar big screen tv. What can I do. He has a list of charges in the last few yrs. He also had me arrested on false charges and now lives in my home while I had to leave. He has been placing peace orders on roommate doing the same to others these last few yrs. Has numerous assault charges as well.
