Hi, my kids have expressed some worrisome concerns about their father (who I’ve been separated from for 7 years) to their counselors at school. DCP&P interviewed my kids and myself today. They’re due to go back to their father Sunday night and I don’t feel comfortable with that. I’m looking for legal advice and also want to peruse full custody of them. I don’t know how to go about this process. Any help would be appreciated.

Important Information

Legal Aid Funding
Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
