Legal Services of Northwest Jersey provides free civil legal services to low-income people, seniors, and people living with HIV/AIDS. LSNWJs Basic Needs Program serves households whose income falls at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Due to limited funding, LSNWJ is not able to represent all the low-income people in Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset, Sussex, and Warren counties with all of their legal needs.


Mission Statement: LSNWJ’s Pro Bono Program effectively engages dedicated volunteers to secure equal justice and protect essential needs in our client community.

My landlord will not let me in to get my things. I'm not evicted at all. I am disabled. I'm just trying to move out and shes stolen all of my clothes, paperwork, household goods.
