Injured in Physical Therapy and have suffered several strokes. Now dragging left leg, unable to ambulate without assistance and an assistive device. Doctor and Administration have refused consults with Neurology, Cardiology or any other Physician to determine injury, medical conditions and treatment needs for further care or discharge. Now being forcibly discharged without the aforementioned. Doctor and Administration will not facilitate a transfer to another Facility.
